Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Revisited In this week’s Technique Tuesday newsletter, blog post, and demonstration video we add nerve gliding techniques to our standard methods for relieving median nerve compression. First, we want to ensure that the carpal bones are in their correct positions to lower intra-tunnel pressure and improve the ability of the median nerve to glide.
